Composition
Impact varies enormously between materials, so each one is modelled on its own supply chain rather than averaged into a single figure for the garment.

Supply chain
Each stage is recorded at the country it actually happened in, per material, because a blend rarely travels as one thing. Where a stage is missing it is left missing rather than estimated.

Method
Figures are modelled per garment on a cradle-to-gate boundary, covering fibre through to assembly. Climate impact follows ISO 14040 and 14044 with PEFCR guidance for apparel. Water uses the AWARE method, which weights consumption by local scarcity, so a litre in a dry basin counts for more than a litre where water is plentiful.
Comparisons against category averages are directional. They tell you where a garment sits, not that two products were measured identically.

Behind the data
Every figure on this page comes from a product-level assessment run on the brand's own supply chain data: materials, weights, suppliers and processing locations, modelled per garment rather than averaged across a range.
