Product level impact

A company-level footprint tells a buyer nothing about the jacket in front of them. We calculate per garment, from your own supply chain, across six lifecycle stages, with every factor sourced and every stage traceable back to the supplier it came from.

Who this is for

  • Brands who need a number per product, not one estimate for the company.
  • Teams being asked for lifecycle data by a retailer, a marketplace or a buyer.
  • Anyone selling into France, where the Coût Environnemental is now the question.

01 · Supply chain mapping

Fibre to assembly, verified at source.

We reconstruct your supply chain across all five production stages: fibre production, yarn spinning, fabric production, dyeing and final assembly. These map onto the standard Textile Exchange Tier 1-4 taxonomy, so buyers and auditors see a familiar structure. Each supplier is geotagged, named and tied to evidence, and the stages mirror the LCA lifecycle so the map and the footprint speak the same language. Transport between sites is modelled in the calculation, not mapped as a supplier. Supplier follow-up is built into the platform on Growth and Pro, so the data-chasing is not yours alone.

02 · In-house LCA

Per-garment LCA. EU PEF and ISO 14040.

We built the calculation engine in-house. Six lifecycle stages from fibre to transport, each driven by per-stage emission factors, country-specific energy grids and AWARE water scarcity weighting. Every passport runs the same engine, with 68,000+ reference cells per garment.

03 · French Eco-Score

Coût Environnemental, built in.

The Coût Environnemental score is calculated for every garment using France's official coût environnemental methodology via Ecobalyse. Sixteen data blocks per product, ready to display on the DPP or on your own product pages.
